A Southern QLD hospital requires a Senior Medical Officer in General Practice from 29/05/2026 to 31/12/2026.

Shift dates: 29-May-26 – 1-Jun-26; 18-Jun-26 – 8-Jul-26; 15-Jul-26 – 17-Jul-26; 23-Dec-26 – 31-Dec-26.

The rate is $2650.00/day.

Responsibilities

Predominantly GP practice (Mon to Fri).

Some ED, ward rounds and on call responsibilities.

Qualifications

Registered with AHPRA.

Have Right to Work in Australia.

Location

Located on the Dumaresq River in QLD, 304 km south west of Brisbane, a small rural town with approximately 790 residents.

This MPS is a 6‑bed facility and offers services including emergency, medical, surgical and outpatients.
