The Role

We are on the hunt for a Bar Manager to oversee the beverage operations at Aria Restaurant! As Bar Manager, you will be instrumental in the development of seasonal cocktail lists for Aria as well the overall management of the bars including ordering, stocktake, rostering and training the team.

Ideal applicants will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience, working for some of Sydney's most prestigious restaurants or cocktail bars as a Bar Manager or Bar Supervisor to hit the ground running.
