Flourish Babysitting is growing, and we're hiring!

We're seeking friendly, reliable, and experienced babysitters and nannies to join our supportive and professional team. With a combination of ongoing nanny positions and casual babysitting opportunities, there's plenty of work available for the right candidates.

Current Ongoing Nanny Positions Available:

- Mt Eliza – Thursday afternoons/evenings
- Brighton – 1 to 2 days per week
- Balnarring – 3 days per week
- Kew East – Mondays and Fridays
- Brighton – 2 to 3 days per week

What We're Looking For:

- Previous babysitting, nannying, or childcare experience




- A genuine passion for working with children
- Reliability and excellent communication skills
- Current ABN
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Police Check
- Three skilled references
