Dental Group is one of Australia's leading patient acquisition companies for full-mouth dental implant clinics. Every day, our marketing team generates enquiries from people actively seeking treatment. Your role is to guide those patients from enquiry through to a booked consultation.

You'll never be expected to cold call.

You will, however, be expected to consistently perform.

The Role

Each day you'll:

- Speak with warm inbound enquiries
- Qualify patients and understand their needs
- Explain the treatment process clearly and confidently
- Overcome objections with empathy
- Book high-quality consultations
- Follow up consistently with prospective patients
- Maintain detailed CRM records
- Work closely with leadership through coaching and call reviews

What You'll Receive

- $150,000-$200,000 OTE
