Position: Hairdresser (Full-Time)

Salary: AUD 80000 – AUD 85,000 per annum

Glow and Dazzle Beauty Lounge is a professional beauty and hair salon located in Sunnybank Hills, Queensland. We are committed to providing high-quality hairdressing and beauty services in a welcoming and customer-focused environment. Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Hairdresser to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Consult with clients to determine their hair care needs and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
2. Cut, trim, taper, layer and style hair using a variety of techniques.
3. Shampoo, condition, colour, bleach, straighten, perm and treat hair.
4. Provide blow-drying, styling and finishing services for various occasions.
5. Recommend and apply hair treatments to improve hair and scalp health.
6. Advise clients on hair care products and maintenance routines.
7. Maintain a clean,



safe and hygienic workstation in accordance with workplace health and safety standards.
8. Manage appointments and maintain accurate client service records.
9. Monitor stock levels of hair care products and assist with ordering salon supplies.
10. Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive salon environment.

Skills & Experience

1. Relevant qualification equivalent to Certificate III in Hairdressing or higher.
2. At least one year of relevant full-time work experience (or equivalent) as a Hairdresser.
3. Strong knowledge of cutting, colouring, styling and chemical treatments.
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
5. Ability to work efficiently in a busy salon environment.
6. A positive attitude and solid attention to detail.
