Established group with a growing offering in upmarket dining and events, fully renovated and brand new fit-out Mediterranean style restaurant.
We are looking for someone who has experience and skillset in a similar style venue or restaurant, can lead and inspire a successful team and thrives on guest experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in an a la carte environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Robust organisational and time management skills.
- Strong service focus and driving sales and revenue.
- Experience in premium events or weddings highly desirable.
