We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Car Detailer to join our team at Automotive Detailing Solutions in Bohle, Townsville QLD. As a full time role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality detailing services at our clients site in Brendale .
What you'll be doing
Perform comprehensive car detailing services to the highest standards
Use a range of specialised detailing equipment and products to achieve exceptional results
Inspect vehicles and identify any issues or areas requiring additional attention
Assist with Mobile services to off site clients where required
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Train and mentor any additional staff to ensure consistent quality
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures
What we're looking for
Extensive experience (3+ years) as a professional car detailer in the automotive industry
Proven track record of delivering outstanding detailing results and customer satisfaction
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of precision
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
Commitment to safety and a willingness to follow all company policies and procedures
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
