Your Role
As a Front of House Supervisor, you'll lead the team on shift, be the lead host, deliver exceptional guest experiences, hospitality and ensure our systems and standards are consistently followed.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the guest experience from arrival to farewell.
Host, take ownership of the guest experience and ensure every guest feels welcomed and looked after
Coach and support the team throughout service.
Run smooth shifts while maintaining our service standards.
Complete operational checklists, opening and closing procedures.
Monitor service flow, guest recovery and team performance.
Maintain cleanliness, organisation and stock levels.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar.
Uphold RSA, food safety and company standards.
What We're Looking For
Previous Front of House experience.
A genuine host mindset.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A systems-first approach with excellent attention to detail.
Initiative, ownership and a team-first attitude.
Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
