Skilled Nursing is currently assisting a client to source experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Scout Registered Nurses to join a theatre team in a fast‑paced and supportive clinical workplace.
This is an excellent prospect for passionate theatre nurses who are committed to delivering high‑quality patient care and thrive within a dynamic perioperative setting.
You will play a key role in planning, coordinating and evaluating patient care while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across a variety of orthopaedic procedures.

Key Requirements
current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Scrub Scout Nurse
Exposure to MAKO robotic‑assisted surgery will be highly regarded
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster and varying shift times
Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
Strong communication skills with a proactive and team‑focused approach
