Upwards Living is seeking a Senior Service Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality Supported Independent Living services. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role acts as a key operational link between frontline teams and senior leadership.
You will support Service Coordinators, Senior Support Workers and Support Workers to deliver protected, consistent and person-centred services aligned to participant goals, NDIS requirements and organisational standards.
