Job Description
You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join our team. As a Room Attendant, you will be essential in ensuring that our hotel rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
Work both independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.
Safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment, adhering to WHS guidelines.
Assist with additional housekeeping tasks as required.
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and take pride in your work.
Follow all hotel and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Skills and experience
Are positive, friendly, and guest-oriented
Comfortable working independently
Have a strong attention to detail
Are adaptable and ready to work across a seven-day roster, including weekends and holidays
