Job Overview

We are looking for Personal Care Assistants to join our team. You will work various shifts including morning, afternoon, and night across the week in a safe, home‑like workplace.

Responsibilities
Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing
Supporting day‑to‑day tasks such as eating and social activities
Working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed
Maintaining documentation and working as part of a team to ensure residents’ health and wellbeing are optimised
Providing high quality service to families and the community

Qualifications
A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
Preference for PCAs who have completed medication‑competency training as part of their Certificate III or Certificate IV studies
A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly




Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
Positive communication skills
A reliable team player
Understanding of workplace health and safety
Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
