The role supports women and children experiencing family and domestic violence and homelessness through tailored case management, advocacy and practical support. You will manage a wide-ranging caseload, perform assessments and safety planning, and coordinate referrals while working within a trauma-informed, person-centred framework to empower clients towards stability and independence.
