Crossroads Hotel is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager who lives and breathes food & beverage, to lead from the floor and elevate service in a rapid-paced, high-volume venue.

You will oversee daily operations across bar, gaming, and TAB, supervise staff, and ensure cash control and policy compliance while rotating through hotel management duties. RSA/RCG/ARCG required; minimum 1–2 years in a similar role; robust people skills and leadership are essential.
