New home boutique Estimator/Scheduler

We're partnering with a well-established Perth home builder that specialises predominantly in single-storey homes for first home buyers , with a strong reputation for delivering quality homes and exceptional customer service. With a vibrant, close-knit team and a healthy pipeline of work, they're looking to welcome a Scheduler / Estimator to their Balcatta office. Reporting to an experienced Scheduling & Estimating Manager, you'll receive ongoing mentoring and support while playing a key role in preparing estimates.

Key responsibilities
Preparing residential estimates and material take-offs




Coordinating construction schedules and procurement
Reviewing plans, specifications and engineering documentation
Liaising with internal departments to ensure projects are accurately planned
Supporting the pre-construction team to deliver a seamless client experience

About you
Minimum 1 year's experience in a Scheduling or Estimating role
Previous experience with a residential builder on the main contractor side is essential
Strong understanding of residential construction methods and documentation
Experience with Truth Engine or similar scheduling/estimating software is advantageous but not essential
