The Chance
Monash Gardens Residential Aged Care is looking for experienced Grade 3, 4, and 5 Registered Nurses to join our clinical team and contribute to the delivery of high‑quality operational and resident‑focused care.
Responsibilities
Lead and support care staff through supervision and delegation
Complete assessments and care plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor resident health changes and implement timely interventions
Collaborate with families and clinicians to support resident outcomes
Contribute to continuous improvement, safety initiatives, and wellbeing programs
Maintain a calm, respectful, resident‑centred care setting
Who You Are
Current APHRA registration as Registered Nurse
Experience in Aged Care
A Grade 3, Grade 4, or Grade 5 Registered Nurse
Ability to supervise, mentor and support care staff
Excellent communication and documentation skills
A positive, flexible, resident‑centred approach
Commitment to Aged Care Quality Standards and continuous improvement
