Storeperson – TLE Penrith

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Storeperson to join our team at TLE Penrith in a permanent, full time position.

Trading hours: 6:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 7:00am – 11:00am on Saturdays. Some Saturday work is required.

Responsibilities
General store operations and customer support
Inventory control and stock management
Assisting customers at the counter and over the phone
Contacting suppliers to follow up on existing customer orders
Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Performance-based bonus structure

About You

We are looking for someone who is:
Energetic, reliable, and proactive
Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
Willing to learn and develop recent skills
Strong in communication, organisation, and teamwork
A current NSW Driver’s Licence is preferred but not essential
Previous experience in electrical wholesale, sales, or inventory management is advantageous but not required – full training will be provided

The hours shown may exceed the hours actually required if the Job has flexible schedule or will be shared with other employees.
