Health Centre Manager | Northern Territory

Curis Recruitment is partnering with a fantastic Aboriginal Health Service in the Northern Territory to find a Health Centre Manager to join their team on a permanent full‑time basis.

$3,000 sign‑up bonus (paid after first 3 months)
Commencing in July or August 2026
Up to $10,400 relocation assistance
Salary packaging up to $15,900

Your Role

As the Health Centre Manager within this Aboriginal Health Service, you will work with and manage a team of healthcare professionals. This role is the perfect chance for an experienced Health Centre Manager to contribute to something bigger. The Manager will ensure an integrated approach to the delivery of comprehensive Primary Health Care.

Due to the remote nature of the communities, you will often be relied upon for advanced clinical decision‑making and the ability to manage a wide variety of presentations, making it an incredibly rewarding role if you are a nurse seeking meaningful work, clinical variety,



and the prospect to genuinely impact community health outcomes.

You will be working for an Aboriginal Health Service committed to securing quality health care services across East Arnhem and enabling Yolŋu powered community health and wellbeing. They provide culturally appropriate, comprehensive primary health care to over 6,000 remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander residents across 3 East Arnhem wards.

Essential Criteria
AHPRA registration with no restrictions
REC, MEC, ALS, NT ISTAT certificate or willingness to obtain
Current manual driver’s license
At least (5) years of post‑graduate experience with advanced clinical skills and competencies applicable to remote settings (including the ability to triage, work independently, and participate in after‑hours emergency calls and first response)
At least 12 months recent experience managing a team
Willing to travel in small charter planes and able to drive a 4WD
Must have full Australian working rights (i.e., Australian citizenship, permanent residency, a valid working visa, or Recent Zealand citizenship)
