What will you be doing?
Ensure all KPIs and Targets are met
Manage own customer caseload
Co‑ordinate, schedule and allocate Employment Services staff
Ensure claims, customer progression and all service requirements are met
Refer customers to qualified services
Promote and negotiate employment opportunities with employers
Train and mentor staff
Conduct recruitment and selection activities

About You
Passionate about working with our clients and local community networks
Experience working in a performance driven environment
Experience motivating and mobilising teams
Proven ability to implement innovative customer strategies
Demonstrated ability to build solid and lasting relationships with a broad range of key stakeholders

To be considered you must…
Have full working rights in Australia
Have a current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
Have a current Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one before employment
Ability to work Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:00pm
