CDC NSW is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to act as a key link between customers, drivers, depot teams and the Operations Control Centre. You will work across bus stops, interchanges and other network locations, identifying issues, providing transparent, accurate information and supporting operational decisions from the ground.
You will observe, document and report findings, investigate complaints, monitor safety, and help drive practical service improvements in a agile, field-based workplace.
