What you will do:
Conduct Mental Health Act assessments,



ensuring compliance and upholding standards of care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the development and delivery of care plans.
Provide expert advice, support, and intervention for individuals experiencing mental health crises.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including service users, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, ensuring all documentation reflects the high standard of care provided.
Participate in out-of-hours work to extend support during critical times, ensuring the well‑being of the community at all hours.
