Infinite Aged Care Tweed is seeking an experienced Aged Care Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor to join our team on Mon–Fri AM shifts (06:30–14:30). The role reports to the General Manager with support from the Clinical Care Manager as you supervise our care team and drive high‑quality clinical care for residents in our Tweed facility.
You will lead care planning, clinical governance, and staff development, while collaborating with GPs, allied health, and hospitals.
