Infinite Aged Care Pty Ltd is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor for the Christies Beach team. The role supports a 2pm–10pm shift, reports to the General Manager, and oversees clinical care across residents in a busy aged care facility.

You will mentor RNs, ENs and PCWs, coordinate care plans, ensure compliance with AN-ACC and accreditation standards, and collaborate with GPs, hospitals and families to deliver high-quality care.
