to join our team in Sydney. This is an opportunity for an HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor, HR Consultant or emerging HR Business Partner who is looking to broaden their experience, take ownership of meaningful work and continue developing your business partnering capability within a qualified services environment.
About The Role
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role works closely with leaders and employees across the firm, providing practical advice and support while managing a range of key people programs and initiatives. You will be joining a supportive team of 5. The role offers exposure across the full employee lifecycle and combines business partnering, program ownership, project delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Include
Partnering with leaders and employees on a range of people matters.
Supporting performance, conduct, engagement and employee relations matters.
Managing key annual people cycle activities, including performance reviews, promotions, remuneration reviews and engagement initiatives.
Delivering People & Culture projects and process improvement initiatives.
Supporting workforce reporting, remuneration activities and governance requirements.
Contributing to learning, development and employee experience initiatives.
Improving systems, processes and ways of working across the People & Culture function.
About You
You'll bring:
Solid generalist HR experience.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Sound judgement and a practical approach to problem solving.
Excellent organisational and project management capability.
Strong communication skills.




A continuous improvement mindset.
A genuine interest in developing your business partnering capability.
Qualified services experience will be highly regarded.
