Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager at our Joondalup/Mindarie warehouse locations to oversee daily operations, drive sales and manage high-volume stock in your specialist area. You will lead a team, ensure safety, and deliver a outstanding customer experience.
You will be responsible for rostering, duty manager duties, and coordinating with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health & Safety to meet service promises and KPI targets. This role requires weekend and public holiday flexibility.
