We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic full-time Front Office All-Rounder to join our team.
What Will You Be Doing?
Delivering service excellence from check in to check out and everywhere in between Be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors Completing a variety of tasks ensuring everyday is different.
From selling the Hotel's facilities to maintaining guest accounts Perform duties of Night Audit, room controllers and porterage service Providing passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times Assisting our guests with our self-check in kiosks Ensuring guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program Qualifications Your Skills and Experience Include: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a Hotel environment Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and preferably OPERA Cloud The ability to work under pressure,
