What You'll Do
As atrusted advisorto operational and corporate leaders acrossour Sydney Airport contract, you'll:
Partner with leaders to deliver strategic and operational people initiatives.
Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management and workplace issues.
Support organisational change, workforce planning and talent development programs.
Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.
Coach leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and best practice HR processes.
Analyse people data and provide insights that support business decisions.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in a HR Business Partner, People & Culture Partner or Employee Relations role.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations.
Experience managing complex employee relations matters.
Ability to influence, coach and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
A proactive,
