Betashares is seeking a senior lawyer with robust funds experience to join the Legal, Risk & Compliance team.
Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you'll advise the business, partner with senior stakeholders and support strategic product and regulatory initiatives.
Role involves governance of funds, fund documentation, regulatory compliance under the Corporations Act, and engagement with ASIC/ASX, plus mentoring external advisers and contributing to knowledge management across the function.
