The Royal Automobile Club of WA Inc. seeks a full time Food & Beverage Manager to lead two outlets at RAC Karri Valley Resort in WA's Southwest, reporting to the Assistant Resort Manager and partnering with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
You will recruit and manage servers, bartenders and kitchen staff, oversee budgets, control costs, ensure safety compliance, and drive menu development and strategic planning with resort leadership.
