Become part of a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team that thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment—where your expertise truly matters.The RoleProvide specialist nursing expertise within an interdisciplinary framework to assist individuals and their families/carers to adjust to living with diabetes and/ or other endocrinology conditions, including the provision of education and health promotion activities.Act as a clinical resource for internal and external stakeholders, including community organisations and health professionals, to provide specialist advice, knowledge and support.You will needTo hold Credentialled Diabetes Educator statusDemonstrated experience in working with patients with diabetes including GDM; paediatric and insulin pump managementTo be willing to work across multiple sitesDetails of appointmentPermanent, part-time, day worker position, working 64 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.Salary$109,767 to $115,813 per annum pro rata.
Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement ****.In addition,
