Who are we looking for?
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a commercial lawyer with corporate advisory and mergers and acquisitions experience.
In this role, you'll assist a well known company with a range of corporate transactional and M&A; matters.
Working closely with the company's in-house legal team, key stakeholders within the business, and liaising with external counsel, you'll assist with advising on the documentation in connection with the various deals, and will be responsible for project managing the transactions and parties.




There will also be an opportunity to also assist with general commercial BAU matters.
You You'll have a minimum of 4 years relevant PQE in corporate advisory and M&A; matters.
Your background will ideally include a solid mix of law firm experience together with either secondments or in-house experience.
Strong technical and communication skills, and the ability to manage relationships will also be paramount, as you'll be expected to integrate seamlessly into your new role and interact effectively with senior stakeholders within the business.
