We deliver high-quality, evidence-based healthcare for children, families, young people, and adults with disabilities to help them achieve their goals.We have a very exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to support our wide range of clients in clinic, in homes and community settings such as schools.You Can Choose BetweenPaediatric OT: working in the CatholicCare clinic, homes, schools, childcaresAged-Care OT: providing home and community-based therapy for the elderlyBoth: if you prefer working across the life spanOur Occupational therapists work closely with other Clinical therapies and Home Care team, to receive guidance and exchange information, and with clients and their families, to build supportive relationships within the confines of external funding guidelines.About The RoleCollaborate Across Disciplines: Engage with a multidisciplinary team to assess and address occupational performance challenges, involving families and carers when appropriate.Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Utilise functional, standardised, and non-standardised tools to evaluate clients' age, goals, and diagnoses or disabilities.Develop Tailored Therapy Programs: Co-design, implement,
