With requirements spanning multiple systems, processes, and digital initiatives, you will play a key role in aligning change activity .

Aspart of the QBE team, you'll get to spend every day working with people who are passionate, talented and kind.Your new roleOwn and coordinate the delivery of GICOP change requirements across Claims, spanning systems, process, and digital initiative sTranslate regulatory requirements into clear, prioritised backlogs and actionable delivery plansIdentify gaps, overlaps, and dependencies across multiple change initiatives to ensure alignment and consistencyWork closely with Claims leaders, technical teams, and transformation stakeholders across General Insurance and Accident & HealthPartner with delivery squads to drive execution and ensure outcomes are aligned to operational and customer needsSupport the operationalisation of GICOP changes, ensuring solutions are sustainable and embedded effectivelyLeverage systems knowledge (including Guidewire) to inform solution design and deliveryProvide transparent communication and reporting on progress,



risks, and delivery outcomesAbout YouProven experience as a Product Owner or similar role delivering complex, cross-functional change initiativesStrong ability to translate regulatory or compliance-driven requirements into practical, deliverable outcomesExperience identifying gaps and aligning multiple concurrent change initiatives across systems and processesStrong stakeholder management across business, technology, and transformation teamsExperience within insurance or financial services, with exposure to Claims (GICOP knowledge advantageous )Experience with claims systems (ideally Guidewire) and working within agile delivery environmentsBenefitsWe offer a range of benefits to help provide holistic support for your work life, whatever your circumstances.
