Reporting to the COO and a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this role shapes and delivers the organisation’s people, safety, culture and capability agenda.
You will lead the People, Payroll, Training and HSE teams, partnering with the executive team to build a high-performing, values-led workplace across multi-site operations with regular travel.
