About the Role
/n
Lead a national 24/7 On-Call Operations team (largely telephoned based) supporting children and young people across Australia. Provide therapeutic leadership during critical incidents, coordinate workforce responses, coach a high-performing team and ensure secure, compliant after-hours service delivery.

Duties
/n
/n
- Lead a high-performing On-Call Operations team
/n
- Coordinate after-hours incident responses
/n
- Coach staff in trauma-informed practice
/n
- Allocate workforce and maintain service continuity
/n
- Drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement
/n/n
Skills & Experience
/n
/n
- Lead teams within child protection, OOHC, disability or human services
/n
- Apply trauma-informed and therapeutic practice
/n
- Manage critical incidents and operational risk
/n
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent leadership experience
/n
- Hold a Driver Licence, Working with Children Check and National Police Check (NDIS Worker Screening Check where required)
