John Flynn College is seeking a Deputy Principal to lead day‑to‑day operations and the community life of the College. The role involves overseeing student wellbeing, residential standards, behaviour management, duty of care, facilities, maintenance and WHS, with a hands‑on leadership approach.
The successful candidate will live on‑site and bring extensive experience with young adults, solid organisational skills, and outstanding communication.
