insolvency-related litigation and restructuring matters.
Your role will also include:advising clients on strategy, risk and resolution pathways.drafting pleadings, evidence, correspondence and court documents.assisting with high-value and strategically key disputes.The ideal candidate:Have 3–6 years' PQE in commercial litigation, insolvency, restructuring or D&O; insurance litigation.Strong technical skills and a genuine interest in complex disputes.Commercially minded, proactive and confident managing responsibility.
