Metroll Sunshine Coast is seeking a hands-on Production Leading Hand to oversee day-to-day production activities and lead our manufacturing team on the Sunshine Coast.You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency on the shop floor, coordinate schedules, and implement continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining equipment productivity.
This role suits someone who thrives on problem-solving and team motivation, with hours Mon–Fri 8am–4pm.
