About the Role
We have an prospect for an experienced and client‐focused Chuan Spa & Health Club Receptionist to provide superior guest and client service, continuing Chuan Spa's reputation as the market‐leading day spa and destination on the Gold Coast.
Key Responsibilities
As the first point of contact for Spa and Health Club clients,



you will deliver an exceptional welcome, manage Spa bookings and treatment experiences, ensure treatment rooms are stocked and ready, support treatments, and provide excellent product knowledge for retail sales. You will also support the Health Club experience, ensuring the indoor pool, sauna and club meet brand standards and deliver a luxury experience for guests.
Qualifications & Skills
Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service
Knowledge of industry trends and wellness literature, passionate about wellness
Highly organized and excellent time management
High standard of grooming and personal presentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work weekends
Retail sales experience
