We're seeking an experienced Orthotist & Prosthetistto join a supportive hospital-based team in Alice Springs for a short-term role. This is an exciting opportunity to broaden your clinical experience while enjoying everything Central Australia has to offer.

Essential Requirements
/n
/n
- Bachelor or Master's qualification in Prosthetics & Orthotics
/n
- Demonstrated experience in High-Risk Foot Management (essential)
/n
- Experience providing Interim and Definitive Prosthetic Management
/n
- Experience managing a varied prosthetic and orthotic caseload independently
/n
- Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
/n
- National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
/n
- Current membership with, or eligibility for membership with, the Australian Orthotic Prosthetic Association (AOPA)
/n/n
The Role Includes

- High-Risk Foot Management Clinics
/n
- Adult and Paediatric Orthotic Services
/n
- Inpatient and Outpatient Caseload
/n
- Amputee Rehabilitation Services
/n
- Provision of Interim and Definitive Prostheses
/n
- Assessment, prescription, fitting and review of prosthetic and orthotic devices
/n
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team
/n/n
