This 12-week locum assignment offers an hourly rate of £27 and requires immediate availability, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00.
You will conduct community assessments, liaise with a multi-disciplinary team, support patients and families, monitor care plans and maintain accurate records within standard Band 6 rates.
