Motor-Staff in Newcastle, NSW is seeking a fully experienced Pre-Owned & Commercial Sales Manager for a prestige brand. The role requires hands-on selling, strong leadership and customer-focused management in a busy dealership workplace.

Package includes a $75k retainer plus super, a commission structure and a company vehicle. OTE is expected to be in the $140k–$150k range. Applicants must be Australian or NZ citizens or have permanent residency and be located in Australia.
