Position: Biology Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $70–$78/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 20 hours/week Role Responsibilities Author and review technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on biology problems. Produce original problem sets using pathway diagrams, gel images, phylogenetic trees, and microscopy. Write reference solutions and apply structured quality checks to ensure accuracy. Annotate tasks to improve AI model outputs and performance. Work independently and asynchronously with a versatile schedule to meet deadlines. Qualifications Must-Have PhD in Biology or related life science, or MS in Biology with 3+ years research or industry experience, or BS in Biology with 5+ years lab, field,



or applied biology experience. Working fluency in at least two of: molecular biology, cell biology, genetics, ecology, physiology. Comfortable with pathway diagrams, gel images, phylogenetic trees, and microscopy. Clear technical writing skills; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
