Sunstate BRP is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our Maroochydore team. As the 2nd largest BRP dealer in Australia, we specialise in Sea-Doo personal watercraft and Can-Am vehicles and form part of a successful family-owned multi-location group across the Sunshine Coast, Fraser Coast and Gold Coast.

In this role you will
- Sell recent and used Sea-Doo and Can-Am vehicles
- Convert walk-in, phone and online enquiries into sales
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding experiences
- Work closely with finance, parts and workshop teams
- Help customers choose the right machine for their lifestyle
About you
- Genuine passion for the outdoor / powersports lifestyle
- Previous sales experience (powersports, marine, automotive, retail or hospitality preferred but not essential – we will train the right person)
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
- Self-motivated, target-driven and professional
- Current driver’s licence required, JetSki/Marine preferred
- Permanent Australian work rights
This is a full-time role based at our Maroochydore BRP dealership on the Sunshine Coast.
