PLS in the Pilbara region is seeking a Mining Production Leading Hand to oversee safe, effective daily mining operations and lead development projects. Reporting to the Mining Production Supervisor, you will guide front-line teams and ensure alignment with production targets.
This permanent full-time role follows an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO, and requires strong leadership, adherence to WA DMIRS guidelines, and a proven track record in hard‑rock mining. HR preferred licence helps.
