About the Opportunity

Casual positions are available for highly motivated Kitchen Hands to join our team. Support the chefs and ensure the cleanliness of the BOH area.

Main Role Responsibilities

- Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and work areas
- Provide assistance to the Chefs
- Keep up with volume dishes while operating an industrial dishwasher

The Ideal Candidate Must Have

- Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting advantageous
- Demonstrated organisational, time management skills
- Must be able to endure the repetitive and physically demanding nature of the role
- Available to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- OHS, food hygiene & safety understanding
- Excellent communication & presentation
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Possess a positive “can do” attitude
