Responsibilities
Set up a current Salesforce Org and establish foundational elements for Customer Success Management (CSM). Integrate Salesforce with Data Cloud and Kafka to enable real-time data flows.
Requirements
- Salesforce platform setup and configuration
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
- Integration with Kafka and external systems
- Apex, LWC, and Flow development
- Salesforce DevOps (Gearset, Copado)
- Experience with CSM or CRM implementations
Duration and Eligibility
Duration: Permanent / 06 months and possible extension.
