Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with 5-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, and process flows.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist in the development of test plans and participate in user acceptance testing.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting.
- Solid knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies.

- Experience with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
