We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CAMHS South Team Leader to provide clinical and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team delivering specialist child and adolescent mental health services.

About the Opportunity

As the CAMHS South Team Leader, you will:

- Provide clinical and operational leadership, supervision, mentoring and support to a multidisciplinary team delivering specialist mental health services.
- Oversee clinical decision-making, workload allocation and service delivery to ensure safe, effective and timely care for children, young people and their families.
- Maintain a clinical caseload while balancing team coordination, service planning and leadership responsibilities.
- Foster collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support integrated and seamless care pathways.
- Lead quality improvement, accreditation and service development initiatives that promote evidence-based practice and continuous service enhancement.

- Relevant qualifications and registration in Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Psychology, with significant experience in child and adolescent mental health.
- Demonstrated leadership experience including clinical supervision, staff development, performance management and team coordination.
- Strong skills in mental health assessment,



clinical decision-making, risk management and complex case coordination.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, health services and community stakeholders.
- A commitment to quality improvement, evidence-based practice and delivering high-quality, consumer and family-centred mental health care.
