About the Role
Lead high-quality Family Services, Youth Services and Middle Years programs that support children, young people and families to thrive.
Drive service excellence through strong governance, strategic planning, continuous improvement and evidence-informed practice.
Build solid partnerships across government, community organisations and the broader human services sector to deliver integrated and responsive services.
Reporting to the Manager Family Youth and Children, you will lead and support three Team Leaders and provide strategic and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio of services that have a direct impact on community wellbeing.
